I don’t have access to a form I should have access to.

There could be a couple reasons for this:
  1. You may not be assigned the correct role in Hatch
  2. You may not have access to the correct location
Now ask yourself, is it an HR Document or a Form you need access to? 
  1. Click on [Forms]
  2. Click on [All Forms]
  3. In the top right hand corner you will see a [Search] field, please search for the form
  1. Click on [HR Documents]
  2. Click on [All]
  3. In the top right hand corner you will see a [Search] field, please search for the document

If you still can not locate the form you are looking for please contact your Hatch Administrator (Office Manager, HR, Facility Director or Compliance) to make sure you’re assigned the correct role, assigned to the correct location, or have the proper permissions.
