I created a form, but can’t find it

1. If your company has multiple locations, most likely, the form has been saved in a different location. 
2. To check this, click the location dropdown in the top right corner, and choose a different location. Search for that form in the new location you chose.
3. You may have to repeat this process multiple times to find the location the form was saved in.
4. Once you find the form you were looking for, while in the grid view, click on the blue box with the down arrow on the right side of the screen, shown below.

5. Select Move to Location from that dropdown
6. Select the location your form should be associated with.
7. If the issue still isn't resolved, please submit a support ticket, using the link at the bottom of this page
