HR Documentation - Scanned or Paper file upload instructions

For the next steps, you MUST select that you ARE HUMAN RESOURCES, and You ARE uploading documents.


  1. Select YES, you ARE Human Resources
  2. Select YES, where it asks Are you uploading any documents?
  3. Click the tab that says PAPER FILE UPLOAD
  4. Select all the documents that are in the file you're uploading
  5. If you have files to upload that aren't listed, click Additional Forms, and additional upload fields will appear
  6. Under Upload Employee Packet here, click browse
  7. Find the file you want to upload, the same way you attach a file to an email
  8. Select Acknowledged in the HR Confirmation section
  9. Add the employee's name in the Related Users field
