HR Documentation - Scanned or Paper file upload instructions
For the next steps, you MUST select that you ARE HUMAN RESOURCES, and You ARE uploading documents.
- Select YES, you ARE Human Resources
- Select YES, where it asks Are you uploading any documents?
- Click the tab that says PAPER FILE UPLOAD
- Select all the documents that are in the file you're uploading
- If you have files to upload that aren't listed, click Additional Forms, and additional upload fields will appear
- Under Upload Employee Packet here, click browse
- Find the file you want to upload, the same way you attach a file to an email
- Select Acknowledged in the HR Confirmation section
- Add the employee's name in the Related Users field
