I can't log into The Hatch Portal

1. Make sure you're using the correct URL: App.HatchCompliance.com or Select the Login link on the top right corner of the HatchCompliance.com website

‍2. Make sure they are using the correct username and password. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive, so make sure your Caps Lock is off, and double check that you’re using the correct login information.

‍3. Make sure you didn’t misspell your username or password.

‍4. Try logging in on a different device.

‍5. If your login still isn’t working, reach out to your Hatch Administrator. (Office Manager, HR, Facility Director or Compliance) and have them check the Username & Password sheet or reset your login information in The Hatch Portal.
